- 8 Slices Jenny Lee Tomato Basil Bread
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil for Frying
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 12 Ounces Pizza Sauce
Directions
Cut chicken breast into four half-inch patties. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Put breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken breasts in eggs then flour then breadcrumbs and set aside. heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high. Fry coated chicken breasts until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping occasionally. Place chicken breasts on Jenny Lee Tomato Basil Bread and top with grated parmesan cheese, pizza sauce, and a slice of provolone. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until provolone is melted.
