How do I sign up for the Jenny Lee Brunch Club?
Click on the Rewards icon on the bottom right of your screen and login to your account.
How do I start earning points after joining?
There are so many ways to earn points! You’ll receive points for every dollar spent and will be rewarded for engaging with us on social (for example: liking us on facebook or following us on Instagram!) Additionally, you'll receive points on your birthday!
You receive 10 points for every $1 spent online or on our products at your favorite grocery store
You receive 25 points for posting a picture of our bread on Facebook or Instagram (tag @JennyLeeSwirlBread)
How do I check my points?
Simply log into your account on jennyleeswirlbread.com and click on the Rewards icon located on the bottom left of your screen.
Do my points expire?
Your points will not expire.
Can I have multiple accounts or transfer points to another account?
No, you can only have one Jenny Lee Brunch Club account and one login. Only one account will be associated with your points and you cannot combine email accounts.
How can I spend the points?
You can spend the points by applying your balance to gift codes. Click the rewards icon in the bottom right of your screen to redeem.
I’m having issues in my account, who should I contact?

I placed an order; how long will it take for my points to be applied?
Your points will be allocated immediately.
I submitted a photo of my receipt or a screenshot of my social media post; how long will it take for my points to be applied?
Points will be allocated on weekdays and within 24 hours of your submission. You'll get an email confirmation when the points are applied.
Are there limitations on earning points?
Reward points are eligible on merchandise prices only; taxes, shipping, and purchases made with a gift card or account credit are not eligible to earn rewards.
How do the coupon codes work, do they expire?
Once you've earned a reward, it will remain in your account until you're ready to redeem it. Note, each code is single-use and balances cannot carry over.
