Every batch of dough is naturally fermented before it gets sheeted. It then gets a dusting of cinnamon before being rolled up and baked in crimp-style pans. This creates our signature shape that is normally only found in retail bakeries.
After cooling, our bread gets bathed in a homemade butter blend and then rolled in our own cinnamon and sugar combination. Drooling yet?
