Cinnamon Swirl Apple and Cheddar Grilled Cheese
- 8 Slices of Jenny Lee Apple Cinnamon Swirl Bread
- 8 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, Cored and Thinly Sliced
- Room Temperature Butter
Takes , serves 4.
- Heat griddle (or skillet) to medium.
- Butter one side of each slice of Jenny Lee Apple Cinnamon Swirl Bread.
- Place 4 slices of the bread, butter side down, on the preheated griddle. Layer as follows: Cheese, Apple Slice, Cheese, Bread Slice.
- Flip and cook both sides until golden brown and cheese is melted.
